A lot of people do not practice Yoga because they believe that they are too old, or not flexible enough. This impression might come from mistakenly associating Yoga with body movements only and leaving out breath work or meditation. Others don’t practice because they claim to not have time, thinking that Yoga is only effective if practiced for more than an hour. The truth is that Yoga is for all and that it is effective practiced in the time you have, even if that is just two minutes!
